About Shaile
Shaile is a small legal research team based in Vietnam. We work on commercial and economic law: reading, comparing and summarizing legal documents, following draft regulations, and turning that work into research papers and teaching materials.
Our team works in both Vietnamese and English and supports lecturers and researchers with document-heavy legal work, from the first review of a long text to a clean, well-structured draft.
What We Do
Legal Research
Research on commercial, economic and technology law questions, with sources checked against current Vietnamese legislation.
Document Review
Reviewing and summarizing long legal documents and draft regulations, and comparing versions to highlight what changed and why it matters.
Teaching Materials
Preparing lecture notes, case summaries and study materials for law courses, based on verified legal sources.
How We Work
We are a small, focused team. We use modern AI tools in our daily workflow to handle long documents faster, while every legal conclusion is checked by a person against the original text of the law. Accuracy comes first; speed is second.
